RETURN REQUEST


  • Free returns are offered with the credit note refund selection. The credit note is issued by email, within 3 to 5 working days following the return of your package to our warehouse.
  • When requesting a monetary refund, a return fee of $12.00 plus tax is deducted from the amount of the rebate. Refund is issued to the payment method originally used at purchase and is completed within 3-5 business days of your package being returned to our warehouse. (*Delays of 5 to 10 days may be counted before the amount appears in your bank account depending on your financial institution).
  • The time allowed to complete an online return request is 20 days from the date of receipt of the order. Beyond this period, you are invited to contact our customer service team.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Purchases completed via lpapparel.ca can only be returned by mail or in person at our warehouse.
  • The return of the package to our warehouse must be made within 15 days of the approval of your request. Beyond this period, L&P reserves the right to inspect the processing of the request.
  • Items purchased on sale must be returned within a maximum of 10 days of receipt. Only credit note refunds will be considered. No monetary refunds will be authorized. Prepaid labels for final sale purchases are not provided, so no virtual request is required. The customer must send the parcel directly to our warehouse. The paper invoice must be included in the return package in order for it to be processed. Return delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • All underwear is final sale (even at regular price). These are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
  • EXCHANGES and RETURNS can be made DIRECTLY to our WAREHOUSE during business hours to avoid delivery charges.

Terms :

  • CAPS must be returned in a BOX (their original box or a new box) in order to preserve their condition. Bags are not accepted for this product. *Returns of caps received in a bag will not be processed.
  • The original labels must absolutely still be attached to the returned item (otherwise, L&P reserves the right to refuse your return in the event of poor condition or to refund the item only in the form of a credit note if the product is still visibly in new condition).
  • The products must not have been worn or washed in order for your request to be processed.
  • L&P reserves the right to examine the general condition of the returned product before making any refund.
  • Address registration errors when ordering online are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an error in the entry of the address, a delivery charge of $9.95 will be invoiced by email for the return of the package to the correct address.

The refund (credit or monetary note depending on your selection) will be issued after receipt of your return package. A new order can be completed at the time of your choice.
Note : A repackaging fee will be charged if a product is returned in a damaged box or without its original box.
