Return policy

Period time

You have 20 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with the original tags and packaging.

  • Items on sale or marked “final sale” are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or defective items will be exchanged (or refunded if not available in stock) upon presentation of photos and proof of purchase. 

Return procedure

  1. Fill out a return request via your customer account and follow the instructions.

  2. You will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and the return address.

  3. Pack the item carefully and include the RMA number in the package (on your paper invoice to be included in the shipment).

  4. Ship the package (return shipping costs are at the customer's charge, except in cases of error on our part or defective products).

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order.

  • Exchanges by post are not offered.. 

Note: reconditioning fees will be charged if a product is returned in a damaged box or without its original box.
