The return of your purchases at regular price is offered free of charge within a period of 20 days following the reception of your order.

- Free returns are available with the credit note selection. The credit note is issued via email, within 3 to 5 business days of your package being returned to our warehouse.
- When requesting a monetary refund, a return shipping fee of $12.00 plus tax is deducted from the amount of the refund. The refund is issued on the payment method initially used at the time of purchase and is completed within 3 to 5 business days following the return of your package to our warehouse. (*Delays of 5 to 10 days can be counted before the amount appears in your bank account depending on your financial institution).
- The limit time for completing a return request online is 20 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, you are invited to contact our customer service team.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Purchases completed via lpapparel.ca can only be returned by mail or in person at our warehouse.
- The return of the parcel to our warehouse must be made within 15 days of the approval of your request. After this period, L&P reserves the right to review the processing of the request.
- Items purchased on sale must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Only credit note refunds will be considered. No monetary refunds will be allowed. Prepaid labels for final sale purchases are not provided. Return shipping charges are not refundable. The paper invoice must be included in the return package to finalize the processing.
- All underwear is on final sale (even at regular price). No exchange or refund.
- Original tags must absolutely still be attached to the returned item (otherwise, L&P reserves the right to refuse your return in case of bad condition or to refund the item only in the form of a store credit if the product is still visibly in perfect condition).
- Products must not have been worn or washed in order for your request to be processed.
- L&P reserves the right of review on the general condition of the returned product before making any refund.
- The customer is responsible for any errors in entering the address when ordering online. In the event of an error in address entry, a $9.95 delivery fee will be charged by email for the return of the package to the correct address.

Note: A repackaging fee will be charged if a product is returned in a damaged box or without its original box.
